  2. Return the Item – Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.
  3. Inspection & Approval – Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we’ll approve the refund.

  • Final sale and discounted items are non-refundable.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund consideration.
